Cut your beef into large chunks, and coat with garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and pepper on all sides.

Add your avocado oil to the Instant Pot and hit the Sauté button. Allow the oil to heat up for a few minutes. Sear the chunks of beef on the hot surface for 3 to 4 minutes on two sides, until nicely seared.

Add the garlic, onions, beef broth, and liquid aminos.

Secure the lid on the Instant Pot, and press the Manual button. Set the timer for 35 minutes, and let it run its full coarse. Once it’s finished, allow it go through the full natural release process.

Add the potatoes and carrots, seal, and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes before opening the steam valve for a quick release.
