CINNAMON RAISIN QUICK BREAD

Mix the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.

Add the oats, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamon to a blender and blend until a flour forms and the dry ingredients are combined.

Toss the raisins in two teaspoons of flour.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, then mix in the raisins.

Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Allow bread to cool, slice and enjoy!
