Christmas week, folks!

Do you have it all dialed in?

Will you be traveling?

Are you laying low, doing the normal life thing, all business as usual?

I’ll be working up until Christmas, then spending the holiday with my ginormous family up in Tahoe. For those of you who, like me, will be sticking to a normal schedule up until the 25th, this meal plan’s for ya! And for those of you who just need a little inspiration for holiday recipes to share with friends/family…this meal plan’s for ya! – you can pick and choose which meals to prep.

Per usual, my lovely meal planning cohorts and I have a printable grocery list to make your shopping easy peasy. Have a great weekend and a marvelous holiday week!

Monday

Gluten-Free Option: Use gluten-free store-bought or homemade noodles of choice

Tuesday

Cauliflower and Kale Salad with Pomegranate, Dried Apricots, and Pumpkin Seeds from Spoonful of Flavor.

Prep Ahead: You can cook cauliflower “rice” ahead of time and then finish salad with remaining ingredients when you are ready to enjoy.

Wednesday

Thursday

Chipotle Butternut Squash Soup from greens & chocolate.

Prep Ahead: You can roast the squash in advance. After that, the soup will come together very quickly. Serve with crusty bread and a salad!

Friday
